A large part of our offer consists of professional language courses created to meet the needs of companies employing people of foreign origin. When designing such courses, we place particular emphasis on recognizing the needs of both parties (employers as clients and employees as recipients of the course). We determine the employees’ current level of knowledge of the language and determine the form of the course that would make it as effective and beneficial as possible to both our clients and their employees, taking into account the requests and comments of both parties. Additionally, we attach great importance to clear communication and building mutual trust during our cooperation with the client. We believe that these values, combined with the many years of experience of the founders and employees of Liberis, will make cooperation with us bring measurable benefits to companies that invest in the development of their employees’ professional competences by increasing their communication skills and fuller adaptation to the Icelandic work environment.
